What investment strategy /plan should I go for.
Brief about myself:
Age - 34 Yrs
Salary - approx. 15L PA
Expenses - 40000 to 50000 monthly
Dependents - Wife and son of 7 months. Wife was working earlier but has left job after delivery.
Investments -
8000 in MF SIP in balanced and equity funds
Have around 3L invested lumpsump in ELSS (for tax saving in last 10 years)
50K deposit in PPF every year (started in 2015) - Tax Saving
50K deposit in NPS every year (started in 2015) - Tax Saving
Have 1.5L in Corporate FDs maturing in 2-3 Years
5L invested in real estate (plots) in home town
Insurance -
Have a term insurance of 50L SA - around 4600 premium
Have a PA insurance of 5L SA - around 1200 premium
Planning to buy a family floater health insurance - around 10000 premium
Debt -
I have a home loan from SBI maxgain (since 2011 for 25 Years) with current rate of interest - 9.45%.
EMI for the home loan - 33500 per month
Bought house for 54L in 2010
Current outstanding balance in home loan is around 9L
To invest -
I have 10L of cash in hand and can withdraw more 10L from the max gain account. (Totalling the outstanding loan amount to 20L so that I can avail maximum amount of interest as tax rebate i.e. 2L).
My financial goals could be:
1. Family vacations in every 2-3 years - 1L
2. Child education donation in 2.5 Years - 1.5L
3. Child Higher Education in 15 Years - 20L
4. Child Marriage in 25 Years - 20L
5. Retirement corpus - 2Cr
P.S. The additional amount deposited in the maxgain loan account will be treated as Emergency Fund.

1 - You may review your life cover requirement. I think you can enhance your sum assured based on your current income level.
2 - You may increase PA cover.
