Hello Sreekanth,
Thanks for your valuable advice in the past, so that I started investing in mutual funds.
My current MF investments:
Axis LTE (inactive now due to Home loan),
Hdfc hybrid equity fund,
Franklin India equity fund,
Franklin smaller cos fund.
I started investing thru SIP in Franklin eq fund from Aug'19. Its XIRR is 27% now. But in your article you ignored this fund citing less returns.
My question is, is it right to evaluate Sip returns by XIRR?
If I am wrong, Can i start investing
Kotak std. multicap (High AUM, is it bad?)
Or
Parag parikh long term eq fund.
Thanks in advance.
Happy Sankranthi!
With regards,
Ram

Dear Ram,
It is right to use XIRR.
Do not worry too much about AUM.
May I know your investment horizon? Do you also invest/save in debt products like EPF/PPF etc? (Asset allocation)
