My mother died in 1982, her brothers refusing to share the property, I'm totally broken. And I need support for my children. All these years I have not asked anything. Now can I go to court in this regard. It is a huge property. Property is four head passed and not divided till recently. Now I don't know. My grand father not made any will to his sons. My mother was elder.

It is in the name of my grandfather only. Not yet divided. Am I not eligible to get the share?

I believe that you may not be eligible to get a share, but I am not 100 % sure on this. Suggest you to consult a civil lawyer and can approach the court.

If possible, kindly do provide the information, if you get any from a lawyer..can be useful to all of us!

I consulted 5 advocates out of which 4 say I got all the rights. But one say since my mother died befor 1994 , chances are less. But none said I have no rights. I asked standing in my mamas place. Still I got the same answer but in your blog previous answers made me ask the question again. So I suggest kindly make one good advocate speak on this regard.

Hi, May I know on whose name the property is?   "Kindly note that if a property has been inherited from your mother / grand mother / uncle or even your brother, such property is not considered as an ancestral property."   Related Article : https://www.relakhs.com/ancestral-property-legal-rules/
