Hello Sreekanth,
How are you? Hope you are doing good. Once again, I'm coming with some query on investment diversification.
Currently, I've 2 Balanced, 2 Multicap, 1 Equity & 1 Midcap in portfolio. All with decent amount in regular SIP. Also, I've PPF, EPF, little SGB, 1 RD (@9.25%) (soon it will get completed).
In order to increase my diversification, I'm thinking of MOSt Shares NASDAQ 100 ETF.
But my concern is that its AUM is very less Rs.73 Crores. Also it is in high bubble, almost +41% in one year.
I need your valuable advice about investing in NASDAQ 100 ETF, any risk involved, any factor need to consider or any other alternative diversification is available.
Thank you in advance & Best Regards

Dear Mukesh,
To be frank, I do not track the US Equity markets very closely.
If you want to diversify your MF portfolio with a slight allocation to international equity then you may do so through mutual funds (as mentioned by you).
But, do note that the interest rates in the USA are increasing and investors may prefer to invest in Bonds than in Equities there. Also, all these years they have been encouraging 'Globalization' but now they are protecting their own business interests and not encouraging globalization. This may not augur well not only for them but also most of the Economies.
