I have 6 nos. blocks in my society . 3 Nos. blocks are completed at May 2015.
I had booked an under construction flat at August 2014. at the time of booking structure had been 40% completed.
in the agreement letter builder had charged RS 35000 for maintenance charges up to December 2017.
after that builder completed my Block at April 2016 and gave possession.
Do I need to pay maintenance charges ? Because 1 block construction is all ready pending and my possession is not very old.
please advice

Dear Amit,
Did you pay maintenance charges at the time of booking itself (in 2014)??
If your builder has issued OC and you have taken the possession of the property then I believe that you may have to pay maintenance charges. Kindly check with other Flat owners as well.
