Hi srikanth, I am planning to invest in MF for long term for my future security with low risk fund. plz. advice me how can I make good port folio. Regards, Ranjan

Dear Rajan, May I know why you would like to invest in a 'low risk fund' for long-term goal? Do you have an existing MF portfolio? Kindly read: Best Equity funds. How to select right mutual fund scheme?

Yes I have few funds DSP focussed25, Franklin smaller company, ICICI Blue cheap. all I invested lump sum. Now some of my FD’s are going to be matured very soon (approx 4-5 Lakh) and I want to invest those money in MF to secure my retirement life.
Please advice me.

You may consider an Equity oriented balanced fund...Ex- HDFC Balanced fund.

Plz. advice me a good Diversified Equity multi cap Fund for long term.
And I want to invest in HDFC balanced fund for long term, should I invest SIP or lump sum ! Regards, Ranjan
