Hi Sir, "Lakshmi Enclave" is the project which was launched in Nelamangala for the revenue sites. There are around 400 plots and we all have registered the plots in the layout. Builder didn't do any development which he committed like Electrocity and Water supply. All community members united (Around 150) and formed an association and when we forced him to do the developments which he committed, he is not showing any interest and trying to escape. Want to know if we can legally proceed under any section of law and make sure that we are getting all the required facilities as he committed for us or we can't proceed legally as these are revenue plots in the layout? Regards, Ram

Hello sir,

No. It is not RERA registered.

Promised amenities are there in written document(Bond paper of Rs.100/- without notary).
