I am deepanshu nigam, i was working with Fernas Construction India Pvt Ltd In Gurgaon, I have a Pf account and UAN in Gurgaon, In My UAN only email and Phone number is Updated, My company is closed in Dec 2017 and now i cannot update my KYC and other details online. Presently I am not working anywhere. My ques is how can i update the KYC ?? do i have to visit the PF office and ask them to update the details Manually or If i will join another company in future then will my new employer will update them . What will be the easier way to update how will i transfer this PF account to new one without updating the details.

Dear Deepanshu,
Yes, you can visit the concerned EPF regional office and can get your KYC details (Bank account, PAN, Aadhaar etc) updated by the EPFO staff. You need to carry necessary documents along with you.
When you join a new job, you can also get the details updated by your new employer. Kindly share the existing UAN number to them and they will link new EPF ac to your existing UAN.
You can then transfer the funds to new EPF ac.
