We have purchased a BMRDA site near Koppa gate near Jiggani. What is the current registration fee for Katha transfer. Coordinator is asking 1% of property value with few more amount. I informed that the cost is based on stamp duty paid and not property cost.please clarify.

Dear Arulmozhi,
I too believe that the charges are on Stamp duty paid at the time of property registration and not Property value (consideration).
