Hello Sreekanth, I have couple of FDs that have matured and with the ongoing interest rates, I do not wish to renew them and would like to invest them somewhere for a tenure of upto 3 years. Are GILTs a good alternative? Which investment option is better in these - one time or SIP? Please advice. Also, I read your post from last year about the recommended GILT funds - if you have any further suggestions apart from the ones mentioned there, please share them as well. Regards, Dev

Dear Dev, You may consider Short term Debt funds or Conservative MIPs. For example : SBI Magnum Monthly Income Plan - Floater (Growth option) Suggested reading :  https://www.relakhs.com/best-monthly-income-plans-india-mutual-funds/
