Hi i want to invest  in elss  fund can u suggest me the good fund . My investment amt is  on yearly basis for 15000.

Hi, You may consider an ELSS fund like Franklin Taxshield / Birla Tax Relief '96 / DSP Tax saver etc.,

 Hi Sreekanth,   i wnat to know few details  on investing in mutual funds. i have demat in kotak securities.
  1. if i buy  Franklin Taxshield from kotak securities, what will be my charges
      2. Now i am investing  as one shot for the amount  20k  from 1st april 2018 can i make  it as sip.       3.what are  the lock period for elss        4. Is my lock in period based on  my investment time .

Hi, 1 - You may kindly check with Kotak securities. Some portals like ICICI Direct levy Rs 100 for each transaction. 2 - That's your choice. 3 - ELSS funds have a lock-in period of 3 years. 4 - No. The units allotted under each SIP / lump sum investment have a lock-in period of 3 years for ELSS funds.
