Sir, My elder sister is staying abroad since 2014 . She has bank a/c and insurance policies in India.But she has not Adhara card .So in this situation what she has to do? She is very confused and she can not back in India right now.Please give us a solution and guide us in this situation.

Hi, There is no need for an NRI to link Aadhaar to Bank accounts / Investments. She can submit a letter to respective bank/insurer about the residential status, that she is not eligible to get Aadhaar. Kindly note that only Resident Indians can have Aadhaar number.
