Do we have to declare the interest earned by EPF every year as Exempt income in ITR form (Even though i am not withdrawing it)

Hi,
It is not required.
But if redeemed after 5 years of continuous contributions, can disclose the interest income under 'Exempt income' section of Income Tax return.
