We are NRI and my wife had purchased a property last year in June 2017 under her name and we had paid full purchase amount including GST and any other taxes etc. When I file her return for A.Y.2018-2019 how do I show it. Property value is Rs 1.5 cr.
Please advice as return filing deadline is approaching closer. Thanks much.

Dear Saurabh,
You can declare it under the head 'income from house property' based on whether it is a self-occupied or let-out property.
