I had bought a flat in Gottigere BG road 2011 and loan was approved from Gic housing finance. Recently I thought of transferring loan to other bank and came to know when they cross checked my documents. Plan approval is from gram panchayat for G+3 but what they say is gram panchayat can approve only till G+2. Land is A khata, now what process I need to follow to make it legal or is it possible to do so. Also my neighbour flat is approved by State bank of Mysore. I stay in top floor.

Suggest you to kindly visit the Panchayat office and inquire about the building approval details.
Are you sure it is an A Khatha property?
Sure Srekanth I will visit Gram Panchayat office and enquire about the building approval details. Will they give me any details on this. Yes property is A Khata.
