Hi Sreekanth, I had bought a flat in Gottigere BG road 2011 and loan was approved from Gic housing finance. Recently I thought of transferring loan to other bank and came to know when they cross checked my documents. Plan approval is from gram panchayat for G+3 but what they say is gram panchayat can approve only till G+2. Land is A khata, now what process I need to follow to make it legal or is it possible to do so. Also my neighbour flat is approved by State bank of Mysore. I stay in top floor. Waiting for your response and thanks for replying all my earlier questions. Prashanth

Suggest you to kindly visit the Panchayat office and inquire about the building approval details.

Are you sure it is an A Khatha property?

Sure Srekanth I will visit Gram Panchayat office and enquire about the building approval details. Will they give me any details on this. Yes property is A Khata.

Hi, You may casually ask if they can give approval for a G+3 building as per applicable legal rules/guidelines. You may also take Khata extract (or check if you already have) about the approval for number of Floors.
