Dear Sir,
MY Wife have UAN card and PF Account with before marriage name .
WE want to update new corrected name (After marriage name ) on UAN card as well as PF Account.
We had raised request for change my new (After Marriage) Name through EPFO portal but that request was rejected by Mumbai Filed Office.
Request you to please suggest why my request for name correction was rejected?
What will be the process for update name ?

May I know if her Aadhaar is linked to EPF UAN? Her Aadhaar has been updated with 'after marriage name'??
Mostly she may have to submit documentary evidence to the EPFO.
Suggest her to contact her employer to submit self-declaration form (along with document proofs : marriage certificate, ID proof etc.,) to the EPFO.

Her name is updated on Aadhaar card but Aadhar card is not linked to UAN Card as Name is UAN have old name and Aadhar card have new name so its getting mismatched while linking
