Dear Syed,
Do you mean to say that your old EPF account is being administered by a PVT Trust of your ex-employer??

Sir my old epf account was not hold by Pvt trust but was hold by government , now my new epf account is hold by trust .

Hi,
If you are currently employed and contributing to EPF scheme, you can get the funds transferred from your old EPF account to the latest EPF account.
While in service, you can not make full EPF withdrawal.
