Please take this scenario for EPF transfer request. Employer A(First), Employer B(Previous), Employer C(Current) all linked with same UAN.
EPF transfer from Employer A to Employer B completed successfully.
Now when transferring from Employer B to Employer C. Only option is coming as Employer A under Attestation from Either Previous or present employer section.
Under Online EPF Transfer Request, in first step we need to select the previous employer from where EPF needs to be transferred.
Step 1 : Select details of previous accounts (which are to be transferred)
There is option to choose attestation from Previous employer or Present employer.
But when selecting either option and getting details based on UAN, only employer A is populating. (Also there is Delete button below the table)
Not sure what Delete button will do.
But can you help here, what should be done to transfer from B to C?

Dear Anuj,
Kindly check if your Employer B is an Exempted or Un-exempted establishment?
Kindly note that your Organization can be an Exempted establishment or Unexempted one. A company having its own trust for provident fund is exempted from getting it self registered with the Provident Fund Authorities. So, if your employer has their own Trust then your monthly contributions get deposited with the Trust and not with the EPFO.
If your Employer B is an Exempted one then kindly contact them for transfer of funds from B to C.

Hi Sreekanth,
No Employer B does not have own trust, they are non exempted and deposit in EPFO only. Also can see deposit in member passbook online.
Also logged grievance with Employer B establishment but no pointed response on the query they just mentioned transfer completed from A to B.
What to do here?
