Direct UAN allotment on the basis of Aadhaar

I have read your update on the above subject to create UAN only with Aadhaar number. You suggested the link for this: https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/. But on going to this link, there is no icon: "Direct UAN Allotment" has been seen now. Only two other links can be seen. You can also verify this. I don't know whether any latest update on this. Actually, I am trying to create a UAN with Aadhaar Number without any EPF account, for the last one week. But nothing happened positively. Please help. Ajayghosh
