Q. Is there any cr card for a frugal person ? OR
Is there a card issuer which discourages spending ?( does not encourages spending )

Dear Anand,
A frugal person should know how to be in control of his/her expenses :)
Any banker/lender would like his customers to spend more :)
Personally, I have been using one Citibank Card card since 2003 with lower credit limit (around Rs 60k since 2003). I use it to pay Bills, but I make sure to clear the total due amount before the due date. Kindly do not pay just the minimum due amount.
