Dear, May I know your investment objective? Purpose of investing in this fund and the reason for choosing the Dividend option?? Kindly note that ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage fund is Hybrid-Equity oriented fund (Balanced fund). The dividends are not guaranteed & may not be periodical (monthly).

I had invested in IPRU BAF for getting cash returns in the form of dividend, which I have been getting. Now I wanted to know if investing some more in IPRU BAF with Growth option would be a better investment as I am seeking growth of my capital in due course of time.

Hi, If your investment objective (now) is capital appreciation then you can opt for 'growth' plan. As an investor, you can move from the dividend option to the growth option of a scheme. However, schemes in these two options carry different scheme codes and net asset values. So, an investor who wishes to transfer from one option to another would need to submit a switch request form and specify the dividend option as the “from” scheme and the growth option as the “to” scheme to request the transfer.
