How are you ? Just want to know about MF Utility India portal. I have created my CAN registration and got login Id for MFU portal. How safe it is to do transaction with MFU ? Does MFU charge anything when we do any transaction (redeem/purchase/switch) using its portal ? What would you prefer to go to AMC website directly and do the transaction or we can use MFU ? I found MFU site is very user friendly. I want to use it to invest in direct funds. Who is sponsoring MFU to provide that support at free (if it is true) while other portals are charging Rs. 1200/- to Rs. 4000/- per annum to provide their portal access. Thanks.

hello Ash, you say you found MFU user friendly – I however disagree. Maybe you opened a CAN in your name alone. I opened in 2 names and as a JOINT.
With this, it is bit painful to invest, as it requires multiple login-logoff session.
Login as primary and submit your investment and logoff.
Login as secondary holder and confirm the investment and logoff
Login as primary again and then complete the payment.
