What would be the best Mutual Funds to invest in for long term (2 years minimum up to 5 years) and high gains today? I need 4 options to invest 25K each. Focus is to get funds ready for my kids higher education goals in Europe.

For an investment horizon of 2 to 5 years, Equity funds may not be the right choice.
In case, you believe that you have accumulated sufficient amount for the goal and would like to make additional investment by taking risk then you may consider to pick aggressive hybrid fund like ICICI Debt & Equity fund for the next 2 to 3 years and move back to safety avenues before reaching the goal year (1 to 2 years in advance).
