Our forefathers have 30 cents land. it's under control by my father now. The one who beside my land occupied 14 cents in my land. They are showing survey numbers. how to get my land from those members. Since 50 years we are getting rent for those land.

Suggest you to kindly take EC for the concerned Property from the Sub-Registrar office. You can also get the Khatha/Patta extract from the local civic body office (Muncipality/Panchayat/Corporation) and cross-check the details.
If your family member(s) names are available in EC then kindly do not worry and they might have encroached the land with any proper documents.
If so, suggest you to kindly consult a Civil lawyer immediately.
