Hi Sreekanth,
Allow me to begin with what a great job you are doing on this site!
I did try to investigate on my query through your wonderful website before posting this question. And if i may have missed it, please accept my apologies.
I would like to claim my full PF having worked with an organization for 8 years and 8 months. It has been almost a year since i quit my job. I have seeded and verified my Aadhar, PAN and bank details. However i need to change/update my bank account. I have entered my new bank details on the UAN website, however the current status is that it needs to be approved by the previous employer. (Not that there is any issue with that). It just gets more time consuming and tedious.
There is no issue with my previous bank account which was salaried, however i would prefer for my PF to be deposited in my new account.
It is more of a convenience!
Again, i would like to appreciate and applaud your work here.
Thanks in advance!
Aware Wolf!

Hi,
Thank you for your appreciation!
Yes, you can add new bank account details and get them approved by your ex-employer.
As you are not contributing to EPF scheme now, you can withdraw full EPF & EPS balances.
As per the latest update :
- EPFO makes Online claims must for Provident Fund withdrawals of above Rs 10 lakh and EPS withdrawals above Rs 5 Lakh.
