Dear Srikanth, When i was trying to claim online, it was showing only form-31 instead of form-19 and form-10c. Hence i have filled form 31 and now status is showing as " Claim Settled" and today i m able to see the option of form 19 and 10C, when i have applied for form 19 it is showing that your previous claim is pending which was form 31. Please advice what do in this case as i have left the company now and i wish to withdrawl my pf. Thanks in advance. sheeba

Dear Sheeba, Kindly note that Form 31 is for Partial withdrawal (Advance/loan). If you are unemployed for minimum 60 days and not contributing to EPF scheme now, you can make full PF withdrawal. If data is not complete, (for example : Date of Exit) is not up to date, the online withdrawal options may not be visible. Once all the data is provided (by employee/employer), the online withdrawal options are generally made visible. Kindly check your partial withdrawal status using EPF link ; https://www.relakhs.com/track-epf-claim-status-online/ If it is not 'settled', you may just apply for EPF & EPS full withdrawal online (Form 19 & Form 10C). Hi, Status for form 31 is showing as "Claim Settled", can i cancel form 31 and apply for form 19 and 10c as i have left company 2 years before and i wish to withdrawal 100%. If there is no option to cancel form 31 claim, so would i get my pf with form 31 as well?

Hi, (You have posted follow-on query on the same topic as a new thread, hence copy/pasting it here itself..) Your follow-on Query : Hi,
Status of my form 31 is showing as Claim Settled, please let me know if i can cancel the claim of form 31 and apply for form 19 and 10C. If not then will i be getting my pf amount with form 31 as well as i have left organisation 2 years ago.   My Answer : For Form 31, may I know the reason that you have mentioned for 'partial withdrawal'. Anyways, once the claim is settled, you will get the amount within 2-3 days, hence I believe that we can not request for its reversal. You may submit full withdrawal request now, in case if you are unemployed and currently not contributing to EPF.

I have mentioned the reason as “ILL” and there i have mentioned withdrawl of Amount 25000/- and total amount is 38000/-. How can i apply for rest amount. Should i submit form 19 and 10C as well along with from 31.

Hi, Should apply? - It is your personal decision. But, you are eligible to make a full withdrawal. Kindly read : https://www.relakhs.com/epf-withdrawal-tds-applicable-new-rules/

So now what i understood is:
  1. My total PF amount is 38000 and in form 31 i have filled 25000 and along with that i have filled form 19 and 10C as well and status of form 19 an 10C is showing as "Claim has been submitted". So altogether with filling of all three forms i would get my 100% withdrawl. There will not be any discrepency becuase of form 31? Please Answer.

Hi, As far as I know, there shouldn't be.. In case, your service period is less than 5 years, withdrawal is subject to Taxes. Kindly go through above suggested article.

That is all okay, i am just worried about as i have filled form 31 when i was not eligible for this. So just wanted to make sure that bacause of it my claim will not be cancelled.
