Dear Rajib, As you have a very long term investment horizon (20 years), you may consider investing the amount in Diversified Equity fund + Small-Cap funds. Ex : Franklin Primaplus / ICICI Pru Value Discovery Fund + Franklin Smaller companies fund/DSP Micro cap fund.
