Need to get ( grand mother ) 35 years back registered WILL & some sale deed ( 35 - 40 years back ) with all signatures & thumb impression of all is must. Kindly let me know the procedure . guide me on this.

Need to get certified copy from sub registered office of my grand mother's 35 years back registered WILL( which is in the name of my uncle) & some sale deed ( 35 - 40 years back ) with all signatures & thumb impression of all is must. (But some one told not possible to get thumb impression & signature of registered WILL )Kindly let me know the procedure . guide me on this.
Hi,
I believe that your uncle can approach the concerned Sub-Registrar office and apply for a true copy of the Registered WILL by paying some nominal fee.
As a legal heir, you can also get the true copies of Sale Deeds (which are in your grand-mother name). Suggest you to get a legal heir certificate and then apply for copies at SRO.
I believe your uncle/yourself, may have to produce death certificate of your Grand-mother.
