Hi,
Last month I have activated my UAN and done my KYC i.e., Aadhar Number. It was approved by my employer and the EPFO department.
On this month 7th January, 2019 I have joined another company. I didn't remember my UAN and password, it was not present in my Payslip too or with my previous company.
So, I requested the new employer to generate new UAN.
Is it possible for my new employer to generate new UAN as I have done my KYC using PAN Card and Aadhar earlier, if the new UAN was created shall I merge the two UAN's in future.
Thank you in advance

Hi,
If your Aadhaar number has already been seeded and verified and then your Employer may not be able to create one more UAN.
If they have not yet created, you may share your old UAN num with them.
Else, get the funds from your old EPF account to new EPF account and your old UAN will be blocked automatically.
