I have several shares of Bank of Baroda in my late father's name (no nominee). How do I transfer them to mine or my mother's name?

You need to contact the Registrar of the said company. The RTA for Bank of Baroda is 'Karvy computershare pvt ltd'.
You have to submit certain documents to get the shares transferred to your Demat account in your name.
