I am filling the ITR 2 form in excel utility.
However, it is showing error message as below:
QUOTE
Schedule TDS2
"Unclaimed TDS brought forward" and details of "TDS for current FY" should be provided in different rows in Sch TDS 2
Enter the financial year in which the TDS was deducted.
UNQUOTE
Please note that I am retired and don't have any salary, and so, I am completing TDS as per Form 16A (as issued by Deductors)
In last year's form, for Tax deducted in FY you could select 2016 (FY 2016-17); but this year's form does not show 2017 in the scroll down list of years.
