Setback for residential property in Bangalore

I wanted to understand the set back requirement for any residential property that comes under the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike limits. I would assume it is dependent on the plot size since a 2.5/3 feet set back on sides is not feasible for all sizes. Can you let me know the set back requirement for plot size of 20 (width)*50(depth), 30(w)*40(D) and 40 (W)*60(D) size plots.  All dimensions in feet. Is there any guideline to calculate this or any calculator that can be provided.
