I want to sell my  society allotted vacant  corner site 1600sft . Agent want to sell  this property to Two  purchasers    as two parts of 1000sft and 600 sft  by separate registration on each.  He says it it  easy for them get separate katha for both form BBMP.   Will it cause any legal problem after wards.  Can I add any safer line in the registration paper that , purchasers taken on their own decision and I am not responsible  any thing happen further.

Hi,
I believe that as long as the bifurcated land pieces are more than 600sq ft each, land bifurcation is not an issue.
You can get that clause included in the two Sale agreements (on mutual agreement only..).
