Whether release deed is valid in a unpartitioned/unmarked ancestral property?. Is it mandatory to register? If yes, how to fix boundaries of this type of land among remaining legal heirs? Is the particular of registration release deed appears in the relevant columns of RTC or otherwise how to ascertain this type transactions by other legal heirs.

I believe that it is advisable to get it registered.
One needs to get mutation done to get the details in RTC patta..
