Hi Sir. I have registered a charitable trust few months back. My father is the founder trustee, myself managing trustee and my wife a trustee.
I have applied for 12A. The income tax department is asking to remove few points. I will attach those points and let me know if this is correct.
"To embark on Research studies, consensus to prepare Diagnosis Study Reports, Detailed Project Reports, Analysis Reports, Audit, Assess on any relevant field of any Clusters in India or abroad under any affiliated Universities, Government Institutions, Ministries, Government Schemes. to proceed as Cluster Business Development Initiatives, Channel partners, Strategic partners etc."
The words underlined were asked to be removed.
