I was bit surprised to know that there was no post from you regarding LIC kanyadan yojna. There is no such policy on website of lic but its too much popular. Can you please help regarding this...what actually is the truth and is it better than sukanya samriddhi yojana.

To be frank, I am totally unaware of such policy from LIC.
I could not find the plan details even in LIC website and not even under the 'Withdrawn plans' section.
Based on the available information on the net, this plan is a combination of money-back and whole life policy.
Advisable to avoid such life insurance plans.
