I am jobless and no source of income frm 6 month. Now i want to withdraw my PF which is abt 55000 in 4 yrs.it is necessary to fill 15G form. If yes then what should i fill in form.can i fill only name address and Pan no. In the form and skip all the points of the Form. bcoz my account is approx Nil frm 1 year.
