I m working in banking sector from 2013. As I have 150000/-balance in my pf account. Due to my marriage I would like withdraw my pf amount as on part withdrawal of 100000/- under the medical treatment . shall it need any documents to enclose?? plead advise.

If the purpose is for 'marriage expenses', why would you like to withdraw for 'medical treatment' purpose??
