I would like to know how good is 2BHK flat in resale in Konkane Chowk Area Pune.
Property is 9 years old.
What should be ideal rate to purchase this flat.
Owner has quoted around 70L for around 1100 sqft super built area flat.
Will 70L worth for 9 year old property?
How much taxes and duty charges are in Pune for resale flat?
Can you please suggest.

I do not have much idea about the said location.
I have fair idea about Bangalore real-estate market only.
Personally, I do not prefer buying a Flat ....
You can get to know about the applicable Stamp & Registration charges by visiting Maharashtra Govt Registration portal...
