Hi Sreekanth, How are you doing? I have a query regarding the Franklin fund house. I have SIP in Franklin Smaller company since 2015 & Franklin Prima fund since 2016. Investment is now around 36% of the total equity portfolio. I understand debt issues in Franklin funds have no direct impact on equity funds. Still after this debt funds crisis how safe and good to continue with existing Franklin funds. Do you suggest to continue or stop or move out and replace? Regards, Anuj

Dear Anuj, If you are happy with their (Funds) performances, can continue with them. May I know if you have invested in any other schemes (of other AMCs)??

Hi Sreekanth,

ABSL euqity, Motilal 35, Axis LTE, ICICI value discovery are there.

Regarding funds performance, both franklin funds are not going as expected also compare to its peers its not performing well since last 2-3 years.

Hi, You may switch from Franklin Smaller companies fund to any mid-cap fund or index fund like UTI Nifty next 50 fund. You may discontinue your future investments in Franklin Prima fund.
