Kindly clarify wther 1% TDS on property to be paid by the seller is for the total cost of the flat
OR total cost of the flat minus registration, stampduty and service charges. Where can I get the view
of the exact law which is silent on this. It says sale consideration does it mean then that registration , stamp duty are not included in it.

Yes, TDS @ 1% is on Property value (excluding the taxes & other fees).
