Is it possible to withdraw PF offline for PF Account which has no contribution for around 4 yrs as of now. Wjhat are the forms that need to be downloaded and do they require attestation by the employer?
Also do the filled in forms need to be submitted in the EPF office.
It may also be noted that currently the salary account which was maintained 4 yrs back is no more operational and how to change the bank account as of now.
I have worked in the same organisation for 3 yrs in a row and was alloted one PF account and for 1 yr later and was alloted another PF account. It has been around nearly 4 yrs I am unemployed and would like to withdraw my PF account money for both the period. However when I log into the epfo portal using my UAN I am only able to see the PF account for the last one year I had worked, the earlier 3 yrs which was maintained in another PF account is not visible, also I am not able to merge the account since it is saying that there has been no contribution by the employer since last 36 months. Pls let me know how to link both the PF account with a single UAN as currently I am unemployed and would like to withdraw the full money.
Also suggest whether to apply thru the Inoperative heldesk option in the EPFO portal for the first 3 yrs PF account or thru offline method.

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to withdraw full PF balance from old EPF accounts.
If Aadhaar is linked to this EPF account, one can withdraw offline by submitting new Composite claim (aadhaar) form. For this, signature/attestation of ex-employer is not required.
Else, you need to submit non-aadhaar form through your employer.
Kindly note that quoting UAN is mandatory on claim forms. So, you need to generate an UAN for urself or through your ex-employer to withdraw PF amount.
Kindly submit copy of PAN card, Aadhaar card, blank and cancelled cheque leaf (which has your name imprinted on it) and Form 15G (if required) along with claim form.
