Hi,
I had sip of mirae assets emerging bluechip fund direct growth plan.
SIP date was 15th of each month
I cancelled the sip on 22nd of june and got the email with a pdf file of fund detail. There i found they have printed my bank account no. Where 2 digits are missing from the account no.
So on 23rd i called them but they are saying i have written wrong no. And that was my mistake. But if i had written wrong no. Then how my first installment of SiP could have been processed?
Then they said it was just printed wrong their bank department have my correct detail.
Now today it's 28th i called and they said because e of wrong bank acc i have to wait 1 month.
What step i can take against this?

Have you manually placed this request?
Have you submitted SIP cancellation request or is it for withdrawal?
Hi, i did it from their website.. There are all the options of direct mf and i started using the iSIP using net banking.
Then i cancelled it, there was an option to cancel and click for redim my money. But on email i get the pdf file with wrong bank acc no. So i called.. And still not processed
