Hi, Sreekanth, I want to know about how to pre close a loan taken from credit card, paying from last 10 months and remaining is 26 months. I am not getting proper help from customer care of the HDFC bank to close this account. Please guide me in this regard. Waiting for your guidance. Regards, Parveen

Hi,
I believe that you just need to drop a cheque mentioning the credit card number. There can be Pre-closure charges.
Suggest you to walkin to your base branch and find out the process and also about the charges (if any).
