Hi,
Planning to buy BDA property in Bangalore. They have provided all the documents as he is a first allotee.
He doesn't have moola prati (original copy) of possession certificate, but has secondary copy (for the revenue dept) of possession certificate. As we have all original docs except the possession certificate, can we proceed buying the property?

Hi,
Who has issued secondary copy?
BDA only. BDA gives two original copies to the allotee on the same day during plot allocation. One as “moola prati” and another one as “adwiteeya prati”.
Hi,
If that's the case, there should not be any issue.
Suggest you to also get these checked with a local civil lawyer (legal consultation/opinion).
