PF Withdrawal

powerstar asked 9 years ago
Hi Everyone, I am trying to withdraw my PF money for the sake of house construction. I have a PF membership of 3.2+yrs and I am going to get a new house constructed by a private builder. In my case, is it possible to withdraw from PF account by submitting the building plan approved by MRO Office Please give your valuable suggestions.

Hi, If you are applying directly for house construction then the minimum service period for part-withdrawal is 5 years. In case, the withdrawal is through a recognized housing society or housing agency then the service period is 3 years (minimum). Thank you Srikanth   Is it possible that we can send the documents to EPF office  via post or courier, when once you got the employer sign on withdrawal form?   Or do we have to manually submit the documents in the office?   Which is appropriate?
