I have two PF account of which the latest one I got withdrawn unfortunately the first was not transferred and currently I ant working anymore . How can get this withdrawn now both linked with UAN. This account is of Maharastra and I am in Delhi. Also already I have served more than 8 years still the tax was deducted as the last one was only for two years can I get the deducted amount back?

Hi,
Since you have not transferred the funds from your old EPF account to second EPF account, the service period does not get carried forward, hence the TDS is deducted as the service period for second EPF ac is less than 5 years.
In case, for the said FY you do not have any other income and your income is less than basic exemption limit, you can claim refund of TDS.

You can withdraw funds from old (first) EPF account through your ex-employer or directly (assuming you are not employed and currently not contributing to EPF scheme).
