Hello,
I have left my first company in Dec 2011, after 3+ year service, as they have stopped paying salary due to financial crunch. Then I joined another company and I was not able to withdraw or transfer my PF from the old company as HR from old company suggested not to send form 13 as no one will take action on it. After that I have changed two more organizations. Now if I want to withdraw the amount stuck in my PF account for the first company, then form 19 is the solution? if so then which option should I choose in it. My current PF account is KYC compliant, not sure about the PF account which I had with my first company. That time UAN was not there.
And how to submit the form, can I directly mail to PF office if so then to which PF office and is there any instructions to be followed.
My current company PF details is KR/16503/
My first company whose PF i want to withdraw is PYKRP00350**

Hi,
Is that company still operational? or has it been closed?
That particular EPF account (first one) would have now become IN-OPERATIVE one.
Thank you for the response,
The company is still functional I believe, but not sure to what extent as its address keeps on changing from year on year. Yes the account will be inoperative. So can I withdraw PF from that account in any way, other than involving that company
Hi,
Suggest you to submit your transfer request through in-operative portal, EPFO can help to get the amount transferred from your old EPF account to current one.

If you are employed and contributing EPF scheme, ideally withdrawal (full) is not allowed and only Transfer can be done.
I want a withdraw from only the inoperative one, not the current one. Still if that is not a option then, I need to use form 13, and it is enough if it is attested/processed by my current employer? or is there any other form
Correct me please if I am worong

Yes, instead of offline mode, you can submit the request through in-operative portal.
Once EPFO confirms that you can transfer the funds, you may link old EPF account to your existing UAN and then apply for Transfer online.
For any grievances, you may submit them online ..click here..
