Hi, If you are currently working and contributing to EPF scheme, you cant withdraw your EPF (previous ac), you have to transfer the funds from your old EPF ac to current EPF account. Even if you submit full withdrawal application, your claim can be rejected by the EPFO, has its all system based now, they can identify that you have an active EPF account linked to same UAN (assuming you have EPF ac with new Org). EPS can be withdrawn only if an employee has less than 10 years of service period. You will get pension after 58 years of age (early pension is possible from 50 years of age).

Hi, Kindly note that an employee should have only one UAN.  The EPS amount stays with the PF authority and pension is payable.
