Pf claim online still under process

Hi, I had raised for Online claim on May 21, but till today the status is showing as "Under process". Due to this I raised grievance in EPF portal on Jun1st, but this also shows "Under Examination at our level". I heard that online claims are done in few days, but for me its taking longer time, not sure where it is stuck. Any idea till when I need to wait. Regards Karthik

Dear Karthik, Generally, online PF claims are processed within 10 to 15 business days. But, this turn-around time vary from PF regional office to office. As you have already submitted grievance, kindly wait for few days..Keep a track of your claim status..
